March 2026. Sally AI has reached an important milestone: more than 50,000 users worldwide now work with Sally, the AI meeting assistant from Mannheim. Together they use Sally to automatically document their meetings and turn conversations into reliable, reusable knowledge.
A milestone built on everyday value
The 50,000-user mark is more than a number. It reflects how many teams have made automatic meeting documentation a fixed part of their working day. Sally records conversations, creates precise transcripts, summarizes the key points and immediately derives the resulting tasks, so that nothing important gets lost after a meeting ends.
From sales and consulting to HR and management, users across many industries rely on Sally to save time, keep decisions traceable and free up valuable focus for the work that really matters.
Data protection as a foundation, not an afterthought
A key reason for this growth is the consistent focus on data protection and security. Sally processes data in compliance with the GDPR, hosts its infrastructure in Europe and, from the end of July, will be operated exclusively in Germany. Encrypted data transmission and alignment with recognized standards such as ISO 27001, 14001 and 9001 underline the company's high expectations for quality and security.
A word from the team
For Julian Kissel, CEO of Sally, the milestone confirms the vision behind the product:
"Fifty thousand users show us that we are solving a real problem. Sally is meant to be the future secretary for every user, taking administrative work off people's hands and making information available exactly when it is needed. This milestone motivates us to keep going."
What comes next
Sally continues to grow, both in reach and in capability. Ongoing research, deeper integrations with more than 5,000 tools and continuous improvements to transcription accuracy are the next steps on the way to making Sally an even more reliable companion for every working day, from the first meeting to the lasting preservation of knowledge.
