Yes. All summaries can be reviewed, edited, or extended before being shared. Control always remains with the HR team.
Sally is compatible with all major video conferencing platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and Webex.
At the beginning of each meeting, Sally automatically informs participants about the recording and relevant data protection notices. We nevertheless recommend communicating the use of Sally transparently with candidates to ensure full clarity for all parties involved.
Access is clearly defined. Only authorized individuals can view HR summaries and transcripts. Permissions can be managed on a role-based basis to ensure sensitive information remains protected.
Retention periods are fully configurable and can be aligned with your internal policies. Available options include:
