How it works

Three steps, no project and no developer needed.

1

Connect Sally to the LLM of your choice

Depending on the assistant it is one click or a short config. It takes about a minute and needs no developer.

2

Write to the AI the way you always do

Ask about your meetings the way you would ask a colleague. No syntax, no query language, no keywords to remember.

3

Get answers with your meetings as the source

The assistant reads your actual summaries and transcripts and can name the meeting an answer came from.

Supported AI assistants

Each one has its own setup guide, from a single click to a config file.

What the assistant can read

Five capabilities, identical across every assistant, because they come from Sally and not from the client.

  • Find meetings

Search by subject, participant or time frame, months back if you need to.

  • Search what was said

Full-text search across all your summaries, for a topic, a product or a decision.

  • List recordings

Get an overview of everything that was recorded, newest first.

  • Read summaries

Pull a meeting's summary with key facts, decisions and suggested follow-up tasks.

  • Read transcripts

Get the full transcript with timestamps when the summary is not detailed enough.

Sally closes the gap between our meetings and our tools. What we decide is instantly where the work actually happens.
What it cannot do

Try it with your own meetings

Record a meeting with Sally, connect your assistant, and ask it what was decided.

  • Only your own meetings, plus recordings that were explicitly shared with you through recording folders.
  • Delegation rights do not extend to MCP. Meetings you stand in for in Sally stay out of reach here.
  • Access is read-only: the assistant reads meetings, it never changes or deletes anything.
  • Your Sally admin has to enable MCP for the company account before a connection works.

Frequently asked questions

A Sally account with MCP enabled for your company account, and one of the supported assistants. Your Sally admin switches MCP on; after that you connect it yourself in a minute.

The Model Context Protocol is a common standard for letting AI assistants read external data sources. Sally provides such a source, so any assistant that speaks the protocol can query your meetings. You do not have to know any of this to use it.

Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and every other MCP-capable client work with the generic setup, and they are listed above. What we do not have for them yet is a tested step-by-step guide; those exist for ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Langdock and OpenHands. If you get stuck with one of the others, get in touch and we will look at it with you.

No. The connection is read-only. It can search meetings, read summaries and pull transcripts, and it cannot create, edit or delete anything in Sally.

Sally does not use your data to train AI, as laid down in the data processing agreement. What you then send into your own AI assistant is governed by that provider's terms, so pick the assistant your company is comfortable with.
