Add Sally as a connector in Claude

Open claude.ai, click your profile icon and go to Settings.

Open Connectors and click Customize.

Click the plus next to Connectors and choose Add custom connector.

Enter a name, for example Sally, and the URL https://app.sally.io/api/v1/McpExternal.

Leave the OAuth fields empty and click Add.

Select Sally, click Connect, then sign in with your Sally account and authorise access.

Custom connectors are part of the paid Claude plans (Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise). Once connected, the connector works across Claude web, Cowork, Claude Code and Claude Desktop. One requirement on the Sally side: your Sally admin has MCP enabled for the company account.

What it cannot do

Try it with your own meetings

Record a meeting with Sally, connect your assistant, and ask it what was decided.

Custom connectors require a paid Claude plan: Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise.
Only your own meetings, plus recordings that were explicitly shared with you through recording folders.
Delegation rights do not extend to MCP. Meetings you stand in for in Sally stay out of reach here.
Access is read-only: the assistant reads meetings, it never changes or deletes anything.
