Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with questions about Sally AI.

  • Onboarding Assistance: Help new users get started with Sally AI and guide them through the setup.

  • Issue Tracking: Document customer issues and feedback in our ticketing system.

  • Knowledge Base: Help maintain and improve our help center articles.

Your Profile

  • Student Status: You’re currently enrolled at a university and looking for a flexible part-time role.

  • Communication: You’re friendly, patient, and enjoy helping people solve problems.

  • Tech Affinity: You’re comfortable with SaaS tools and pick up new software quickly.

  • Languages: Excellent German and good English skills.
