As a Support Agent, you’ll assist our customers, answer their questions about Sally AI, and help them get the most out of our product.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with questions about Sally AI.

  • Onboarding: Guide new users through the setup process and help them get started quickly.

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to the development team.

  • Documentation: Maintain and improve our help center articles and internal knowledge base.

  • Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team to improve Sally AI.

Your Profile

  • Experience: You have experience in customer support or a service-oriented role. Technical affinity is a plus.

  • Communication: You’re patient, empathetic, and can explain complex topics in simple terms.

  • Problem-Solving: You enjoy finding solutions and don’t give up until the customer is happy.

  • Languages: Excellent German and good English skills.
