• Experience: You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM systems. Certifications are a plus.

• Analytical Skills: You can analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

• Communication: You’re client-facing, confident in presentations, and can explain technical concepts clearly.

• Languages: Excellent German and good English skills.
