Norton Engele
Norton Engele graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2021 and quickly specialized at the intersection of data protection law and business. He gained his initial experience as a corporate legal specialist before building deep expertise in regulated data protection environments at Cencora PharmaLex – one of the most demanding fields in the industry. Since September 2024, Norton has been our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Sally. In this role, he is responsible for the legally compliant and secure processing of all personal data, drives relevant certifications forward, and serves as the primary point of contact for all data protection matters – both internally and externally. His goal: to establish data protection not as bureaucracy, but as a genuine foundation of trust.
