Working Student – Business Development (m/w/d)

Your Tasks‍

✓ Customer engagement and support: You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. You will inform them about our SaaS product Sally, which transcribes and summarizes meetings, while understanding their individual requirements.

✓ Customer meetings and contract closures: Conduct persuasive customer conversations – from the initial introduction through to closing the deal. You will develop solutions and present Sally as a valuable part of meeting and documentation processes.

✓ Needs analysis and consulting: Working closely with customers, you will analyze their needs and develop tailored use cases for Sally. You will demonstrate how our product can make day-to-day meetings more efficient and productive.

✓ Collecting and evaluating customer feedback: You will be responsible for gathering customer feedback in a structured way, analyzing it, and sharing insights with the team to continuously improve our product and align it perfectly with the market.

✓ Presentations and demos: You will create targeted presentations and product demos to showcase Sally in the best possible light and clearly communicate its benefits.

✓ Collaboration with internal teams: You will work closely with sales, product development, and marketing teams to share customer insights and continuously refine our sales strategy.

Your Profile‍

✓ Education: You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d) at a state-recognized university in business administration, industrial engineering, or a similar field of study.

✓ Experience: Previous experience with SaaS companies is a plus but not required. It’s enough if you are eager to acquire the necessary knowledge to help take our company to the next level!
