Your Responsibilities
- Customer Care: You are our customers’ direct line—advising them by phone on all questions about Sally AI and explaining features in a way that helps them use the tool with confidence.
- Support Handling: You’re the first point of contact for incoming requests by phone and email—documenting issues accurately and routing more complex cases to the right team.
- Teamwork: Together with our development team, you collect customer feedback that helps us continuously improve Sally AI.
- Data Maintenance: You ensure our customer data in the CRM system is always up to date and complete—so the whole team can rely on accurate information at any time.
Your Profile
- Education: No specific degree required—what matters is that you’re communicative, enjoy customer service, and have an interest in technical topics.
- Experience: Ideally, you’ve worked in customer service, customer support, or a call center—but motivation, openness, and a hands-on attitude are even more important to us.
- Personality: Your smile comes through over the phone. You’re a good listener, find the right words, and stay solution-oriented at all times.
- Enthusiasm: You want to take ownership and become the tailwind of our customer service. You’ll be one of the reasons we reach new heights!
- Communication: Strong written and spoken German and English round out your profile.
