Your Responsibilities
- Lead Generation, Qualification & Closing (SaaS): Proactively reach out to new leads (cold outreach/outbound), qualify inbound leads, and drive deals from first contact to signature—including stakeholder management and negotiation. Keep your pipeline clean and up to date in the CRM.
- Discovery & Demos: Quickly uncover what customers really need, showcase Sally AI with clear use cases, and make the value tangible.
- Upselling & Retention: Spot and develop opportunities naturally—making the most of every moment.
- Shape, don’t just execute: Your ideas on processes, pitch, pricing, and tools are welcome—we listen, test fast, and implement.
Your Profile
- Education: Degree or vocational training—secondary. What matters most is your mindset and drive.
- Experience: Several years in sales (preferred), ideally with proven success in SaaS.
- Personality: You’re hungry for results, approach people proactively, and stay politely persistent. You set high goals and aim to beat them—with ownership, speed, and a love of closing.
- Enthusiasm: You want to take responsibility and build something big with us—in a tightly knit team of experts and with very short decision paths.
- Communication: Excellent German and English, spoken and written.
