Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Copywriting & Messaging: Write clear, conversion-driven copy for websites, landing pages, ads, taglines, and calls-to-action.
• Design with Canva: Create ad creatives, social media assets, newsletter layouts, as well as pitch decks and presentations in the Sally brand style.
• Product & Campaign Communication: Position new features and versions, develop product packages and service descriptions, and support product launches.
• Testimonials & Case Studies: Conduct customer interviews, craft concise stories, write texts, and select fitting visuals—including managing approvals.
• Newsletter: Conceptualize, write, and design newsletters, segment audiences, and optimize subject lines, content, and send times.
• Website, SEO & UX: Keep website content up to date, refine microcopy (buttons, forms, messages), and ensure proper use of keywords, metadata, and internal linking.
• Collaboration & Optimization: Coordinate with management, product, and sales teams, manage external partners, and continuously improve copy and creatives based on performance data.

Your Profile

• Education: A degree in Marketing, Communication/Media Design, Journalism, or a similar field is a plus—but what matters most is your portfolio (Canva) and writing samples (website, ads, newsletters).
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in marketing/content, focusing on copywriting (websites, landing pages, ads) and Canva design.
• Personality: You have a good eye for aesthetics, think in stories, and can explain complex topics clearly and concisely—perfect for this role.
• Enthusiasm: You’re passionate about making brands tangible—with sharp words and strong visuals that resonate and deliver measurable impact. You think strategically, work hands-on, test boldly, and iterate until headline, visual, and landing page align perfectly.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken German and English—snappy, flawless copy is your strength.
